Orders & Payments

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, send your item back within 14 calendar days of receipt for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price (excluding original postage costs), providing it is returned as sold, unused and in original packaging.
Please note that return postage is buyer’s responsibility unless item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.
How do I make a return?
Simply send back the product you wish to return or exchange along with the invoice and the reason of returning.

How do I get a refund?
We will credit your account instantly to your PayPal account. It can take 3 to 5 days working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) to show the refund on your account. Please note that you will not be credited if you do not submit details of the original payment card. If you do not submit details of the original payment card, we will offer you an exchange or a refund onto a Mahjaab gift card.
