However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.



Online selling is our fist phase of serving our target market, through our website and major online selling platforms of Amazon, e-Bay.

Orders & Payments

Payments can be made online through our website via PayPal or credit card. After the completion of your order you will receive confirmation email contained information about the purchase item/s and payment details.

We ship worldwide and welcome international buyers. If our system indicates that we cannot deliver to your location please contact us anyway as it may still be possible to arrange shipping for you.

We use PayPal and Stripe for the secure processing of all transactions. These payment processors use the most secure payment platforms in the world. We do not store or have access to any payment details. By using PayPal you will be covered by PayPal’s buyer protection.


Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, send your item back within 14 calendar days of receipt for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price (excluding original postage costs), providing it is returned as sold, unused and in original packaging.

Please note that return postage is buyer’s responsibility unless item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.


How do I make a return?

Simply send back the product you wish to return or exchange along with the invoice and the reason of returning.

Send us an email message providing us with Purchase date & Payment details. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that the item is returned to us safely and on time.


How do I get a refund?

We will credit your account instantly to your PayPal account. It can take 3 to 5 days working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) to show the refund on your account. Please note that you will not be credited if you do not submit details of the original payment card. If you do not submit details of the original payment card, we will offer you an exchange or a refund onto a Mahjaab gift card.
